Challenge:

Based on a large internal survey, there were numerous invisible problem areas that impaired work processes, cooperation and employee satisfaction.

How we helped:

Impact:

Increase in the quality of cooperation and identify and make use of existing potential. In co-creation, the cross-hierarchical and cross-departmental problems were discussed and various solution ideas developed. These were implemented in concrete solution strategies within a year.

The exchange among each other was very valuable for the entire team, but also for me as team leader. I now know what my team needs and where we need to optimize in the future. The honest exchange has brought the team a lot closer together and we have more team spirit again. Sina is an excellent coach and facilitator and brought the event to a whole new level.
